Visit Charge Policy

To Our Valued TRULINK Customer,

This policy explains the charge for an on-site visit by a TRULINK technician. Phone and WhatsApp enquiries remain available so you can describe the requirement before a visit is booked.

More than 7 km, up to 10 km	₹499
More than 10 km, up to 15 km	₹999

1. Visit Charge

The visit charge depends on the distance from TRULINK Shop, Gurgaon to the booked address. It covers the technician’s travel and time for inspection, survey, or fault checking at that address.

• Up to 7 km: ₹399 per visit, per location.
• More than 7 km and up to 10 km: ₹499 per visit, per location.
• More than 10 km and up to 15 km: ₹999 per visit, per location.
• A separate visit charge applies if another site, or a later visit, is required.
• A visit beyond 15 km is confirmed when the visit is booked.
• The amount is confirmed when the visit is booked.

2. What the Visit Includes

• Travel of a TRULINK technician to the booked site.
• On-site inspection or survey of the networking, cabling, CCTV, WiFi, fiber, or related system discussed at booking.
• A clear explanation of findings and the next step, including a quotation where work or material is needed.

3. What the Visit Charge Does Not Include

The visit charge is only for the visit. The following are quoted and billed separately:

• Devices, cables, accessories, and other materials.
• Installation, splicing, configuration, or repair labour.
• A second visit, or a visit to a different address.

4. When This Charge Applies

The visit charge applies when you ask TRULINK to come on site, including:

• Site survey before WiFi, CCTV, cabling, fiber, biometric, intercom, or server work.
• Fault checking or a service call at your premises.
• Any other booked technician visit that is not already covered by a confirmed work order.

5. Booking and Payment

Book a visit by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form. Please share the site address, a contact number, and a short description of the requirement.

• The visit charge is payable for the scheduled visit.
• Share access details in advance so the technician can complete the inspection in one visit.

6. Cancellation

• Tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• If the technician has already been dispatched, or reaches the site and the visit cannot be carried out for reasons outside TRULINK’s control, the visit charge for that distance still applies.
