Common questions
Can you install a video door phone on a builder floor in Gurgaon?
Yes, where the building allows the cable route between the outdoor station and the indoor monitor. Share photos of the door and the indoor wall on WhatsApp before the visit.
Does the indoor monitor unlock the gate?
Lock release is wired only when the existing lock or strike supports it. The visit tests the call, video and unlock circuit that the site already has.

Yes. On-site visits are charged by distance from the TRULINK shop in Gurgaon: ₹399 up to 7 km, ₹499 up to 10 km and ₹999 up to 15 km. Devices, cables and installation labour are quoted separately.
Which areas do you cover?
TRULINK works from Gurgaon (Gurugram) across Delhi NCR. Visits more than 15 km from the shop are confirmed when you book.
How do I get a quotation?
Call or WhatsApp +91 96258 62001, or use the quote form. Where work or material is needed, the quotation follows the site survey.
