Common questions
Can one device do attendance and door access?
A single entrance office in Gurgaon often uses one fingerprint or face terminal for attendance. A lock release is added only when the door hardware already supports an electric strike.
Do you enroll staff on the day of installation?
The installer walks through enrollment at handover so the office admin can add remaining staff. Headcount and device model are confirmed on the survey.
Is there a charge for the site visit?
Yes. On-site visits are charged by distance from the TRULINK shop in Gurgaon: ₹399 up to 7 km, ₹499 up to 10 km and ₹999 up to 15 km. Devices, cables and installation labour are quoted separately.
Which areas do you cover?
TRULINK works from Gurgaon (Gurugram) across Delhi NCR. Visits more than 15 km from the shop are confirmed when you book.
How do I get a quotation?
Call or WhatsApp +91 96258 62001, or use the quote form. Where work or material is needed, the quotation follows the site survey.
