One home network
Deco nodes share one SSID and password. Phones and laptops stay on the same WiFi as you move between rooms.
Superfast WiFi service · Gurgaon
TRULINK installs TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and home networking at your address. One network name, coverage in every room, and a setup you can use after we leave.
This page is for Deco mesh WiFi and home networking in Gurgaon: a WiFi service near you when one router does not cover the flat, duplex or villa. Ceiling access points for large offices are quoted on WiFi installation. Hardware supply is on the TP-LINK Distributor page.
A common call is a Gurgaon home where the ISP router sits in the drawing room and bedrooms, the kitchen or the upper floor have no usable signal. Phones drop video calls. Cameras go offline. A Deco mesh system uses several nodes as one network so devices roam without you switching SSIDs.
TRULINK is an authorized TP-LINK partner. We bring or use your Deco units, place them, complete Deco WiFi setup on the app, and check speeds before handover. Extra LAN cable, a switch or a second visit is quoted if the survey shows it is needed.
Deco nodes share one SSID and password. Phones and laptops stay on the same WiFi as you move between rooms.
Mesh WiFi sits with your internet line, and with wired points for a desktop, TV, printer or CCTV when those drops exist.
Nodes are placed so 5 GHz reaches the rooms you use. Throughput still follows the ISP plan and how the main node is connected.
On-site TP-LINK installation service near you: unpack, power, Ethernet, Deco app, guest WiFi and a walk-through of the controls you keep.
Satellite nodes cover rooms the ISP router never reached. Duplex stairs, kitchens and balconies are checked, not only the living room.
You do not join “WiFi-2” on the first floor. Deco keeps one name and hands the device to the nearer node.
The Deco app is used to name the network, set the password, add a guest SSID and see which nodes are online after we leave.
Where a LAN point already exists, a node can use cable between units so WiFi is not used for the backhaul. That is home networking, not only wireless hops.
Mesh is for work-from-home calls, OTT in more than one room, and IP cameras that need a stable uplink.
Deco kits, extra nodes, LAN cable, a switch, or a full floor of data points are not in the visit charge. See LAN and structured cabling for new wiring.
WiFi types are IEEE 802.11 letters. The Wi-Fi Alliance also numbers the later ones WiFi 4, 5, 6 and 7. Your phone only uses the generation that both it and the mesh support. Throughput still follows the ISP plan.
| Type | Common name | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 802.11b | b | 2.4 GHz. Early home WiFi. Slow by today’s plans, but some IoT devices still speak it. |
| 802.11g | g | 2.4 GHz. Faster than b, still one band. Common on older routers and extenders. |
| 802.11n | WiFi 4 (n) | 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Many ISP routers in Gurgaon flats are still n or mixed n/ac. |
| 802.11ac | WiFi 5 (ac) | 5 GHz is the main band. Dual-band home routers pair ac on 5 GHz with n on 2.4 GHz. |
| 802.11ax | WiFi 6 / 6E (ax) | WiFi 6 on 2.4 and 5 GHz. 6E adds 6 GHz where the kit and the phone both support it. Many Deco AX kits are this generation. |
| 802.11be | WiFi 7 (be) | The latest type. Dual-band or tri-band kits. TRULINK’s current WiFi 7 mesh stock is TP-Link Deco BE25 (2.4 + 5 GHz). |
802.11a was an early 5 GHz type. 802.11ah (HaLow) and 60 GHz types such as ad and ay exist for special jobs. They are not what we install for a Gurgaon home mesh. Older letters still matter because a WiFi 7 Deco talks to b, g, n, ac and ax devices; those devices just do not get WiFi 7 features.
WiFi 7 is 802.11be. For a Gurgaon home, the kit TRULINK currently stocks is TP-Link Deco BE25. Call or WhatsApp to confirm units before the visit; stock changes.
A dual-band WiFi 7 mesh node (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) that joins as one SSID in the Deco app. Each unit has 2.5 Gbps WAN/LAN ports. Ethernet backhaul is used when a LAN point already exists.
Deco BE25 is available at TRULINK for supply with this WiFi service near you, or as hardware only. We do not publish a live count here. Confirm pack size (1, 2 or 3 units) on a call or WhatsApp.
Yes. BE25 is backward compatible with WiFi b, g, n, ac and ax. A WiFi 5 laptop still joins the same home network. WiFi 7 features need a WiFi 7 client.
Browse WiFi and routers or ask TRULINK to supply the kit on the visit. Deco WiFi setup is done on site. Hardware is quoted separately from the visit charge.
Many Gurgaon homes first add a WiFi extender to the ISP router. That can fill one nearby room. It is not the same as Deco mesh WiFi for whole-home networking.
| Point | Deco mesh WiFi | Router / WiFi extender |
|---|---|---|
| Network name | One SSID and password for the whole home. | Often a second name such as “WiFi-EXT”, or the same name with poor hand-off. |
| Moving between rooms | Devices roam to the nearer mesh node. You stay on the same WiFi. | The phone may stick to the weak router, or you switch networks by hand. |
| How the extra unit gets internet | Nodes are one system. Ethernet backhaul is used when a LAN point already exists. | The extender repeats the router’s WiFi. The far room is limited by that hop. |
| Far rooms and upper floors | Satellite nodes are placed on each floor or in dead rooms as a superfast WiFi service. | One extender helps a nearby room. Stairs and slabs in a duplex still block 5 GHz. |
| App and setup | Deco app: one mesh, guest WiFi, and a check of which nodes are online. | Separate extender login. It does not replace a full TP-LINK installation of a mesh kit. |
| Best fit | Builder floor, duplex or villa that needs home networking in every room. | One weak corner next to the router, when a second SSID is acceptable. |
Work-from-home, OTT in more than one room, IP cameras, or an extender that still leaves the first floor dead. That is when this WiFi service near you is the next step.
One adjoining room, a thin wall, and you only need a little extra signal. TRULINK will say so on the visit if mesh is more than the site needs.
Deco WiFi setup is done at the site. You do not need to finish the app yourself. These are the steps the technician follows so you know what “how to setup” means on this job.
If the Deco app is already on your phone, we still complete placement and pairing on site. If a previous installer left nodes unbound or on an old account, we set the mesh up on your login.
The router is in one corner. Far bedrooms and the servant area have no signal. Mesh nodes fill those rooms.
Stairs and slabs block 5 GHz. A node on each floor is the usual Deco layout.
The free router from the ISP is not enough for cameras, laptops and TVs at once. Mesh is the next step before a full office WLAN.
You have a Deco kit and need TP-LINK installation service near you: placement, app setup and a coverage check, not another unboxing video.
A router extender is already plugged in and the far rooms are still weak. Mesh replaces that hop with a single home network.

Access to the ONT or ISP router and to each floor is required so nodes can be placed and tested.
Describe the dead rooms and the address. TRULINK will say whether a visit is the next step.
A technician checks the internet line, walls and power points. The visit charge follows the visit charge policy.
Main and satellite nodes are installed. The Deco app network is created on your login. Extra hardware is quoted before it is used.
You get the WiFi name, password and a check that rooms you named have signal. Guest WiFi is shown if it was set.
Yes. TRULINK installs mesh WiFi, including TP-Link Deco, at homes and small offices in Gurgaon (Gurugram) and nearby Delhi NCR. Share the address on a call or WhatsApp so the visit can be booked.
Yes. This is an on-site WiFi service: survey, Deco mesh placement, app setup, and a coverage check at your address. Office ceiling access points stay on the WiFi installation page when that is the main job.
Yes. TRULINK is an authorized TP-LINK partner in Gurgaon. We supply and install Deco mesh, Archer routers and related TP-Link WiFi hardware on site.
The main Deco unit is connected to your internet (ONT or existing router). Satellite nodes are placed so rooms get signal. The Deco app creates one network name, you keep the password, and each room is checked before handover.
One SSID for the whole home, automatic roaming between nodes, better coverage than a single router in a large Gurgaon floor or duplex, guest WiFi, and app control. Speed still depends on your ISP line and node placement.
Yes. Mesh WiFi can sit on a wired LAN: a switch, LAN points for desks or cameras, and Ethernet backhaul between Deco nodes when the cable is already there. New cabling is quoted as LAN and structured cabling.
Yes. On-site visits are charged by distance from the TRULINK shop in Gurgaon: ₹399 up to 7 km, ₹499 up to 10 km and ₹999 up to 15 km. Deco units, cables and installation labour are quoted separately.
That depends on floor area, walls and where you need signal. A small flat may need two units. A duplex or large builder floor often needs three or more. The count is confirmed after we see the layout.
A WiFi extender (range extender) repeats the ISP router’s signal and often leaves a second network name. Deco mesh WiFi is one home network: nodes share an SSID and devices roam as you walk. An extender can help one nearby room; mesh is the usual choice for a full Gurgaon floor or duplex.
WiFi 7 is IEEE 802.11be. TRULINK stocks TP-Link Deco BE25, a dual-band WiFi 7 mesh kit, for supply and installation in Gurgaon. Call or WhatsApp to confirm current stock before the visit. Older phones still connect; they use the newest generation both the phone and the mesh support.
They are IEEE 802.11 WiFi types. b and g are 2.4 GHz only. n is WiFi 4, ac is WiFi 5, ax is WiFi 6 (6E adds 6 GHz), and be is WiFi 7. A device uses the newest type both it and the router or mesh support. Speed still follows your ISP plan.
On-site visits follow the visit charge policy. Deco hardware and labour are quoted separately.
